WORK FROM HOME FLEXIBLE
- Employees who live within a 60-mile radius of our Rocky Hill, CT office must report into the office twice a week, with one of those days being Tuesday or Wednesday, (anchor days). Employees can elect to work in the office more frequently if they choose.
- Employees’ in-office days can change week to week, so long as they are in for one of the anchor days.
- Flexibility and one-off exceptions remain and should be discussed with the manager.
