Vacation allowance for eligible employees is based upon length of service. After completing 1 year, you will receive 7 days of vacation. You will receive 1 additional day for each year completed (i.e. 2nd year will have 8 days, 3rd year will have 9 days, etc.) until you reach a maximum of 15 vacation days. Vacation days do not roll over, but they do get cashed out on the date of renewal.
