We have a generous discount

I can't really say too much about the specifics of the discount but it was very generous. It was only for you as the employee but there was one event yearly you were able to use the discount for family and friends.

Sweat card in order to work out in community and discount on clothing

full-time employees get a higher discount than part-time/seasonal employees. The discount is decent but you're also required to be in the "latest and greatest" merchandise so you have to constantly buy clothing to keep up (considering they get new clothing in 2x per week at least)

This is against company policy to disclose. However, it is a more than generous discount.
