Anonymous Store Manager

No training what so ever. I received 0 when I was promoted to store manager. I was pretty much told, "You'll figure it out". Training for associates is also abysmal.

Job training was not helpful! From the 3 days of training, I learned nothing. I would have rather spent those three days on the floor job shadowing someone and learning from experience.
