We do have the choice between either HMO, PPO, or FSA via BCBS but I'm not sure if it's comparable to what's available at other companies. I will admit the FSA was a bit misleading with the literature touting, "free annual checkups!" but it's actually a $250 contribution to your FSA which may or may not cover an annual checkup according to how the doctor bills you.
