How’s morale at the other MBB US?

Currently in FANG in a hot AI team and offered a Partner equivalent role in expert track at MBB. Been in tech as an engineer for 15+ years, no MBA obviously Comp is similar with a 'partner' in title and likely a bump. What are the exit opportunities from MBB say after 2-3 years ? Do McKinsey interviewers compare your PEI stories? I have two stories that are really good and that depending on which part of the story I talk about can answer different portions of the PEI Questions (convincing some story and leadership stories etc.) is it bad to use the same story but just talk about a different part of it in detail?
MBB office competitiveness: Boston vs Chicago vs SF? Incoming MBA at a midwest M7, targeting healthcare/biotech work. My read is all three offices have real presence in the space, but Boston is the strongest for life sciences specifically. Question is how realistic Boston is coming from outside the region — does the HBS/Sloan pipeline make it meaningfully harder for a midwest M7 candidate, or do offices not really weight school geography that much?

Senior consultant is one of the random choices FB offers when you join. Wasn't my title then, isn't it now that I'm at MBB. Frankly, not work trying to change.
Coming from someone relatively younger, most of my analyst class is down. A lot of us are struggling financially and thought the pay would be…a little better. Also, there’s a lot of talk about trainings but we are not getting those opps.
