Has anyone still not received their Illinois tax refund? I filed a paper return on 4/17 and still haven’t received my refund, even though my refund from another state (where I filed as a nonresident) was deposited quite a while ago.

Does anyone know if you have to pay prorated rent first months and security deposit on the first of the month before moving in or is it when you move in after say 2weeks after the first?
