💭 If you were let go from your job tomorrow, what's the first thing you'd do?

If you were given one extra hour each workday that had to be spent on professional development, how would you use it? I’d probably split it between learning new tools and studying how other industries solve similar problems. How would you invest that time?

Have you ever inherited a project, system, or process that made you wonder, “What were they thinking?” I’ve taken over a few things that looked confusing at first, only to discover there was actually a reason behind most of the decisions. What’s the most interesting inherited project you’ve encountered?

What task in your role would be the hardest to explain to someone outside your industry? For me, some of the work seems straightforward until you try explaining all the constraints, tradeoffs, and decision-making involved. What’s something people usually don’t understand about your job?

What’s something that seemed critically important early in your career but matters much less to you now? For me, being the smartest person in the room has become a lot less important than being part of a strong team.
