So had this weird experience in accenture interview process. 1)Booked slot for tech interview .cleared it . 2)booked slot for final interview inoffice virtual interview .cleared it . 3)cleared online written coding assessment in hackerrank . 4)again today received a slot booking mail for final interview that i already cleared . What this means ?is this a bug ? i contacted many people but no response

Cleared all rounds for a Manager role at Amgen India. Verbal offer: 35 LPA. File escalated to global finance due to 200% jump from my consulting baseline. HR confirmed positive feedback, no red flags — purely a compensation approval loop. Last update was June 8th, nothing since. Need to plan notice period and relocation but completely in the dark. Has anyone navigated this at an MNC? Does finance cancel or counter-offer at this stage?

I have 4 months gap and now I went fro an interview but they rejected me because of this. can anybody tell me how can i handle it and see grap next opportunity??am struggling tho

Hi Folks, I'm currently serving my notice period, and only 18 days are left out of my 90-day notice. Over the last month or so, I've attended 10+ interviews and cleared almost all of them, including the final rounds. However, the outcome has been frustrating. In most cases, either HR goes completely silent after the final discussion, or I'm informed that the position has been put on hold. Is anyone else experiencing the same thing? Has the hiring market slowed down recently?
