Tip: When you interview with more than one person in a second round and that new person doesn't ask many questions, this is a code for "no" being communicated to the manager and the panel. They won't dig further because they already made the decision and the manager knows this as well. So, at the end of the interview don't ask a lot of questions when is your turn because it won't matter.
I have a second interview but this time it will be with the entire interdisciplinary team of about 10 people. What can I expect?

Many companies reject candidates just because they are 51 years old. Doesn't a 51-year-old have the right to work? They hire fresh graduates even if they have little or no practical knowledge, but why don't they hire people who have years of experience? Experience should be valued, not ignored because of age.
