Anyone from Uline here, need help with interviews stuff? For devops engineer role
Feeling stuck. I've been a Mobile Developer for the past 8 months, but my goal has always been AI Engineering. I've applied to countless roles, improved my resume, and kept learning, yet most applications don't even get a response. It's honestly making me question what I'm missing and whether I'm on the right path. If you've made a similar transition or have any advice, feedback, or referrals for AI/ML roles, I'd truly appreciate your help.
Does anyone else find it uncomfortable having to ask people 10, 15, or even 20+ years younger than you for a referral? Makes me feel like a failure.
Why is it that these companies that reach out to you, saying we are looking for someone like you asking you to apply and then you never hear anything back from them?
I've been noticing some job postings indicate 200 and more applicants have applied for the role. I'm wondering if there is any point in me submitting my application. Are individuals actually submitting resumes themselves, or have are the higher numbers the result of individuals enabling their app for automated resume submissions?
I am a professional teacher with more than nine years of experience in education. In addition to teaching, I have worked as a cook and as a marketing assistant, which has helped me develop a strong work ethic, adaptability, and excellent communication skills. I am now looking to explore a new career path as a truck driver. I would appreciate any guidance on the application process, including the qualifications required and where I can apply for truck driving opportunity.
