I’m looking at an Amgen BD role. I’m more senior than the level for which the role is posted. Do they adjust seniority?

Hi! I applied for an administrative position at Merck and made it to the final panel interview. It was two weeks ago and the HM said that it was the final 5 and they’d be making their decision the week of June 22-26. June 26 at 7:00pm i got a workday notification with a candidate questionnaire. Does this mean an offer is coming?
I'm branching out as an AI consulant for small - midsize MedComms and Promo Agencies and pharma companies. I've met with many folks from these sorts of companies who have zero clue how to use AI to even do things like manage their inboxes, competitive Intel, create excel & ppts, etc. Whenever I sit down and show them , they are blown away. I love AI and it's the only thing that excites me anymore. What are your thoughts on this? Does anyone have any practical advice?
No. The budget and the reporting structure are only available at the role level they post for. So if you arent willing to take a role at the posted level its probably not worth it.
