Hello fellow salaried Chefs in Seattle, Has anyone recently had any experience with Chef salary classifications in Seattle (city). My recent experience has me a bit confused.

Hey! I’m just posting here for help. I’m 17 and i’ve been searching for a job these past few weeks and have been applying to lots of things. A full time summer job, or a part time job and I can’t seem to get accepted anywhere and I don’t know what to do, i’m asking for a little bit of guidance if anyone can help me please. Has anyone here ever worked at Los Tres Cubanos Cigar Lounge? I saw they closed a few months ago for some staffing reason, so I just wanted to know how work life is over there before I apply.

Has anyone ever done a cooking apprenticeship before? I'm a high school student in Calgary, who currently works as a dishwasher, and I want to work in the restaurant industry after high school. I want to join my schools registered apprenticeship program. Do I have to wait for the school year to start up? Who do I ask in my kitchen, if I even do, and how do I ask them? I'm very new to this whole thing, so my apologies if my question might have an obvious answer I'm not seeing. Thank you!
