I’m curious how many people are doing their software development on a PC. Out whole team is on a MAC and I had a contractor start with a PC. I ended up advocating for the MAC because of all the funky things he needed to do so set up his machine.

Jobs on linkedin are getting 500+ applicants a day. Chances to even get noticed by the recruiter is like zero 😂 1600+ apps and no responses yet how many apps do you need to send out to get interviews? Changing my approach now and I will soon shoot for 500 apps a week

It's been ages since I interviewed. I started relying heavily on AI tools for my daily dev work over the past couple of years, so my whiteboard coding skills are pretty much gone. I’d definitely bomb a LeetCode screen right now. Are companies still leaning on the old DSA grind, or have hiring processes changed to reflect how most of us code these days?
