Mixed. Have had some great interactions that have been productive. Then also experienced ghosting after THEY approached ME. So frustrating! With how difficult the job search already is, I can’t imagine somebody adding more hassle to it.

I have officially given up on looking for a job. This world is backwards and the job market is crap. I just gave it all to God. I am going to go to the gym this afternoon and then eat tacos.
At what point would you quit a job without another one lined up? I’ve only been at this one for 6 months. I was unemployed after a layoff for 7 months right before. But this current workplace is toxic and retaliatory.
Do you have a daily or weekly application goal, or do you focus more on quality than quantity? I'm trying really hard not to play the numbers game and apply for everything under the sun, but my bank account is starting to question this strategy.
