DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION
Avanos’ commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion supports the company’s goal of
achieving success as we continue to grow our business and develop our workforce. Our
commitment is also reflected in the important role that our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
(“DE&I”) Council plays in our governance practices. Founded in 2021, the DE&I Council is
comprised of employees from various salary levels, functional departments and geographic
regions throughout Avanos.
