Caribou Coffee is proud of our DEIA (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Alliance) group. As a reflection of our commitment to our community, DEIA exists to co-create progress and possibility for all with big hearts, curiosity, and humility. Our Inclusion and Belonging strategy is centered around two employee resource groups (ERGs): Women and LGBTQ+, and our Engagement Council. The Engagement Council serves as advisors and influencers, shaping our organization-wide engagement strategy. This council is composed of a diverse group representing various interests across Caribou. As our organization grows, we aspire to expand our ERG footprint to further enhance our inclusive culture.
