CHS established a Diversity and Inclusion Committee in March of 2021. The mission is to identify and create inclusion initiatives, enhance recruitment efforts, and build diversity strategies that will make the Center’s day-to-day operations different, stronger, and better, and result in better service to our clients.
The vision is to help the Leadership Team create an organization that embeds a diverse and inclusive workforce as a regular part of our culture, and a standard way of doing business.
