Employee Impact Groups
First Advantage has six Employee Impact Groups (EIGs) that embrace unity through inclusion. Our African, Black, and Caribbean (AB&C), Gen-fluencers, People Who Care For People, Pride, ¡Viva!, and Women @ FA groups are open to all employees and directly support our efforts to create a positive employee experience for our global workforce.
