Our Community Partner Commitment is a promise to be a positive force is the lives of our team, our members, and the communities we serve. Part of that promise includes giving all of our team members - including new hires - four hours of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion paid time off. Our team can use these hours either supporting diversity opportunities by participating in the public discourse or engaging in educational opportunities that help enhance our understanding of current diversity issues present in our society. These hours are in addition to the four hours of volunteer paid time off our team can use to share their time and talents to make a difference in people’s lives.
