Fraser values diverse staff and we serve a diverse base of clients. We are committed to anti-racism at Fraser. The diversity task force assesses, develops, and implements numerous initiatives ranging from recruiting and retaining diverse staff to staff training and more. Our goal is to foster an environment where staff can also self-educate on gender identity, LGBTQ, beliefs and religion, diversity of ideas, generational differences, neurodiversity, and ableism. As a result of these efforts, we continue to attract and retain an increasingly diverse staff base.
