The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Council celebrates and educates Karbonites on the unique differences, identities, and perspectives that enrich the work we do, as well as shared values and experiences that unite us.

The Council, which is open to everyone, meets fortnightly to organize and deliver a mix of events, activities, and resources each month. It is committed to helping to foster a safer and more inclusive workplace at Karbon and has the full support and sponsorship of the Executive Leadership Team.
