Diversity and inclusion are an integral part of Lenox culture because we truly believe that we are stronger together when our uniqueness is valued. The firm has long commissioned well-known speakers to lead employee forums and foster meaningful discussions, but recently, we took a much bolder step. Our newly inaugurated Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Board will help drive our strategy in this area and develop initiatives for employee involvement. We plan to refresh the Board every year to bring in new voices, ideas, and perspectives.
