We grow better together. Building an inclusive environment at New Home Star is a team effort led by our DEI Committee. Committee members are selected from all levels and regions within our organization and are supported by an outside consulting group. Key initiatives launched since inception include:

• Publishing a pay scale for all roles at our organization.
• Recruitment efforts at career fairs in minority-serving institutions.
• National DEI training within our organization.
