Pencor Services, has a Diversity and Inclusion Committee that meets quarterly to review current staffing, diverse hiring intitiatives and recruitment advertsing and to ensure we are maintaining a work culture that allows all employees to feel equally safe, heard, well-trained and encouraged to advance into new career roles within the company.
