Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups that bring together people who identify with others similar to themselves (this may include race, sexual orientation, functional level, disability, etc.). ERGs actively gather around a unifying mission, foster belonging and inclusion, and help achieve our strategic goals of equity, movement building, and culture change. Our ten ERGs are powerhouses of influence and bring innovative ideas to help positively impact our workplace and workforce, allowing PPFA to remain an employer of choice.
