We will strengthen the diversity of our workforce by actively promoting an inclusive environment; one that fosters a culture of belonging, authenticity and innovation, and reflects the needs of our colleagues. Some of our most recent activities include:
- Establishing Women's ERG Local Chapters across core locations (The Women of Stats Perform) and championing equity for women across all sports
- Establishing a unique AI in Basketball Course with Morehouse College aimed at students from historically HBCUs
- Partnering with Seable to offer active holidays for the visually impaired and volunteering opp
