We are rooted in an environment as diverse as the students we serve, made up of numerous backgrounds, life experiences and views. We’re continually analyzing existing policies and identifying areas for genuine improvement, because learning and innovation are at the core of Scion’s DNA.
To support our vision for diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, we have dedicated a council of representatives that convenes frequently to discuss topical challenges and plan programs and initiatives that can be immediately enacted. Most significantly, our council outlines how we as a company can contribute to progress that is positive, constructive, and sustainable as we know our diversity mak
