At Tinuiti, DEI isn’t just a program—it’s a core part of who we are. Led by Whitley Johnson, Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
Our seven Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) provide spaces for connection and advocacy, including Asiancy, Shades of Black, Jewnuiti, TinuitiPride+, Women’s Impact Network, Latinx, and NeuroDiversity. We also host Diversity Dialogue Spaces, creating safe environments for open conversations on DEI topics and current events.
