Management is toxic and adheres to the CYA philosophy. Coming in on time and leaving on time was fine to do, but at the peril of your career advancement.

There is nothing good I have to say about working here.

Cons

One of the worst places I've ever worked. The top management only care about sales and not the other employees. Way too much stress, pressure and over time. Management didn't care about their team or training them. It's basically sink or swim. My direct manager only cared about their climb in the business and not the employees they supervised.
