The process consisted of a short phone call followed by a 1.5 hour interview with 3 managers. The first phone call went smoothly and the HR woman was extremely kind. The video interview was conducted over Microsoft Teams with 3 30 minute interviews with various managers on the team. I have never felt so disrespected as I have in this interview, it was truly the worst process I have been through in my entire career. The senior manager was extremely rude and very obviously disinterested. She gave extremely short answers to my questions and within 2 minutes of the interview essentially told me I'm not qualified VERY aggressively to my face. In general the higher level managers had unrealistic expectations for this entry level role that had nothing to do with the role itself. Extremely unprofessional behavior on the senior manager's part and while I did not get the role, I would rather work anywhere else in the world than for a manager like that. All the glassdoor reviews seem to be correct in that one should run and run away far from this company. The pay is extremely low for what's being asked of the candidate.
