The interviewer asked for my background and then asked for advice for the company's social media presence. He then said they were definitely going to call back because my answers were "sharp" and then never had the decency to reach out and politely reject my candidacy. Mind you, he also had to reschedule the initial meeting due to a conflict. This company appears quite unorganized from the outside looking in, so imagine from the inside. But what blatantly rings true is their lack of consideration for other's time.
