The hiring process is quick...if they call and speak to you and if like what they hear, you are hired on the spot. They give you about a week and a half to get equipment together that you will need, for example a headset, a computer with internet connection, and a quite place to work. They then email you all the details about the position, all the applications you need to download to be able to work the job, and instructions on how to install everything to be able to work from their private portal.
