CarGurus Interview Question

1) Initial 3-part phone screen - SQL exercise (JOINS, AVG, SUM) - Coding question (Easy/Medium level question with a bunch of follow up questions on scalability and performance) - How do you analyze slow performance of a website in production? 2) Onsite interview 3 technical rounds of 1 hr each. Each involved a OOPs based coding exercise involving a lot of followup questions and scenarios regarding concurrency, scalability, maintainability, and performance optimization. 1 non-technical round with questions regarding general background experience. This round was more of a general discussion.
