a) During my initial months in Samsung, I used to handle both CE and Mobile department before they were separated. I had the opportunity to execute retail sales rep incentive, where we had to evaluate shelf share, market share and sales in power retailer and Independent retailers. Through this activity I knew most of the key decision makers, listen, and solve some of the issues raised.
