Got a call from recruiting agency, submitted my resume, had a phone interview with the agency, call with Head of sales and HR and finally Sales Director and Region Sales Manager flew over for one on one interview and all went quiet....till I started to follow-up with the Agency, who kept on promising to come back, till I called the Sales Director who told me, they decided to go internal.

Question 1
1. What experience do you have in Consumer electronics?
Few rounds, good interview experience but no proper feedback from the team after the decision. No transparency regarding visa sponsorship situation either, which was disappointing especially given that the HR Lead was present during meeting.
Task was fairly easy and not that difficult, interview questions were also relevant for the role.

Question 1
About previous experience
How would you handle difficult accounts and customers?
Had an interview in their Mississauga office with hiring manager and one more staff. No follow up email, no call, no feedback. Even after I tried to follow up by email with HR manager Sandra B. there was no response ever. I find this disrespectful and absolutely unprofessional attitude. There is nothing wrong to inform your candidates about the results of your interview.
