It was actually fairly easy going. We simply had a discussion over portfolio material and the partner would then discuss the company's work. In my view, its fairly unprofessional, as the candidate should be familiar with the company's work beforehand. In some ways it seemed as though the partner was attempting to prove themselves to the candidate.
