The first phone interview went great. The HR Recruiting manager was very knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with. I was then invited to a second phone interview with an analyst. The analyst called 11 minutes after the scheduled time. From the get-go, I could tell that she didn't have experience conducting phone interviews. I had to initiate the conversation and after telling her about my background she asked me an algorithm question. Her question wasn't clear enough and everytime I would ask her for more details, she would change her answer. After the call, I found her profile on linkedin and noticed that she just graduated college approximately a year ago. I don't understand why would they have someone with very little professional experience interview someone like me with 7 years of experience.

Took forever. Three calls and an on site with 5 people. Interviewers didn’t come off as particularly smart and were easily impressed by speed of problem solving. Seemed like two employees were having a fight by the kitchen while I was there.
