Interview
It was a the initial phone interview. We greeted each other and she was warm and asked about my history with employment and why I was unemployed. We talked situational examples and my responses to those situations. At the end she was complementary and encouraging on my spirit and energy and how I came across to her, but she is was looking for a recent College Graduate. I am not that.
