Just be sure to be 100% honest with yourself while you are taking it. The results of this test should only be used for 20% of the hiring decision, but it's used for more like 80% of the decision. The interviews for this position are not overly stressful, but it's definitely helpful and recommended that you research the company a little before participating in the interview. Know what makes YOU stand out from the crowd. Tell them why they should choose you over the other candidates. Be positive.
