I had a great experience throughout the interview process, everyone was extremely knowledgable of the organisation, they took the time to understand my wants and needs as well as listening to feedback I shared. The process was well thought-out and prepared, as well as all interviewers having done their research. I had an initial call with the recruiter, then met the hiring manager who was accompanied by a senior member of the HR team. From here, I had a panel interview with senior leadership which led to a follow-up call allowing me to spend more time with the SLT. This has been one of the smoother, more enjoyable interview processes I have been through and that is mostly down to the great individuals I have spoken with but also because I have had clear stages outlined throughout.
