I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at 1E (London, England) in Nov 2015
Interview
Having had a 30-minute-long phone interview, I was invited to the head office for face-to-face interviews.
The phone interview was more high-level, it was more around judging if it makes sense to invite the candidate to the office. Once at the office, a group of people meet you in a meeting room asking questions on both UX and software engineering.
There's a 1-1 interview with HR as well, which I think is more about a personality check.
Good interview experience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Explain UX Design process and deliverables along the way.
Besides UX, they always try to find people who understand technology and business as well, so even if you're a very good UXer but don't understand the tech side of things, there's a chance you wouldn't be given an offer. The interview process is rigorous, but happens in a friendly way.
