1Password SMB Account Executive interview questions

I interviewed for the SMB AE role and had a good experience. The process included a behavioral conversation with the hiring manager, a panel roleplay, and a territory plan presentation, so it definitely covered a range of skills. My recruiter was genuinely great to work with. She stayed in touch throughout and helped me feel prepared going into each round. I never felt in the dark about what was coming next. Everyone I met with was friendly and engaged. The conversations felt real and collaborative rather than scripted. Even when I received feedback, it felt thoughtful and respectful.
