After submitting resume, I received an email within a couple of days to setup a phone interview which led to a 2nd phone interview to go over day to day duties. Lots of back in forth via email as well. Once I accepted the job offer, did not actually start working for about 1 month. Glad I held off giving my notice to previous employer.
