After setting up a phone interview with a recruiter, they no-showed. A week goes by before she responds again and we set up another, which went fine. I was then asked to speak with the hiring manager the following day. After some technical issues, we had a 1 on 1 interview with some strange questions but overall went OK, and I was told they would get back to me soon with the next steps. However, next week I get an email for another interview request with no explanation- I email the recruiter and they say it was in error and will get back to me tomorrow with feedback, and they never did. I emailed them once more asking what is going on and was replied to with a copy/paste "Sorry we are moving on" response with no feedback. I was shocked and just replied that I was grateful for the opportunity and would like to hear the feedback she mentioned so I can improve in future interviews and got no response. All in all it was a frustrating and unprofessional experience.
