Initial interaction was positive and 1st interview went as well as expectedl. Followed up with local HR on progress who advised the application was sent to a senior colleague in the states and I would hear back about the next interview in a week. Continued to follow up with HR who always said next week. Nearly 1.5 months later I get a rejection email . Not one update from the HR admit and no replies to my mail. The experience gives a sense of a HR who don't know their roles and don't value good communication
