I was originally contacted by a recruiter from 2K. I went through a couple of calls and emails with them and some other recruiters / recruiting coordinators. I had an initial interview with someone on the team, which was enjoyable. After a little bit I heard from the recruiter again and they scheduled the panel interview - a series of 5 interviews back to back. Overall I thought it went well, though there was a lot of redundancy and I didn't feel that some of the interviewers really dug into meaningful questions. I sent a thank you email to the recruiters and never heard from anyone again. Overall, it was an unprofessional experience and I feel I wasted a lot of time fitting them into my schedule only for them not to communicate well or take the process seriously.
