There are 2-3 stages: phone call (panel screen) by talent staff, then schedule VC interview with Hiring Manager. I guess there is a final interview with more upper management but i did not get the 3rd stage. The problem with 2K was the 2nd stage with the schedule of the interview because i was 30min waiting for the interviewer. Then i sent an email getting confusing feedback, and the end after a couple of more emails i cancelled the interview. Then after few days i got 5 or 6 emails to reschedule the interview (quite exhausting back and forth process honestly) Finally i got the interview after 2 weeks delay. The interview was really odd as the interviewer wore face mask... so i felt disadvantage on our conversations... I did not get any feeling with the Hiring Manager,that is normal but i asked for feedback to talent agent, NEVER i got any response. After so much trouble with the time zone for the interviews and cancellations at least they could tell you something goddammit.
