I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at 2K (Dublin, Dublin) in Dec 2022
Interview
Applied through online posting. I was informed by email that I progressed past the CV screening, and was invited to a one-way Zoom group call where they informed us of the upcoming task to be completed as part of the application process. This task was significant in the effort required, mainly comprising of a large data analysis. It took more than a month and a half to receive an email after submitting this task, in which I was informed that I was unsuccessful as I did not meet their "passing score". Importantly, there was absolutely no feedback given on what their requirements were, why the task did not meet their requirements, or what areas of the task were strong or lackluster. I was quite disappointed with this, as I had invested a lot of time and effort into completing this, and received a late and barebones rejection.

Question 1

First step is an informational zoom that you get on to ask questions to program graduates. These run multiple days a week and you can join whenever you are ready.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at 2K in Feb 2025
Interview
I was given a take home test before getting to speak with anyone which I spent 15 hours on. I was originally told that after passing the take home test, I would be presenting my work to the hiring manager. This changed and instead I was told there would be a 15 minute screening with someone who was not the hiring manager nor had any part in the team I would be working on first. They came in late clearly already upset about something and rushed through introductions. They were talking so fast and so far away from their laptop that their mic was cutting out because zoom was treating it as background noise and when I tried to explain the issue, they told me my wifi was the issue and it wasn’t their fault. I did not make it on to the next round. After spending 15 hours on the game home project, to change the steps in the process they originally told me and kick me out of the running because this person not involved in the team and not qualified to evaluate the work I did was in a bad mood and doesn’t understand how noise filtering works really hurts and puts a bad taste in my mouth about the company.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked me to complete a take home test about marketing data analysis using excel.
Analytical task based submission during application. Interview after that. Reasoning for the task completed is asked in the interview. Task is relatively straightforward forward so just need to explain it to interviewer.
