Interview
The interview was the best and smoothest process I’ve ever had. All of the staff that I had the pleasure of speaking with on the phone and virtually were extremely kind and committed to their job. Laura Sullivan was awesome. She rocks! She walked me through the process and made me feel so excited to be joining the team. Thanks to all of you!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
One of the questions I was asked during the interview was to talk about a time at a previous job that there was a conflict and how did I handle it. One conflict aroused at my previous job regarding contractors that our clients had chosen to do repairs on their homes. Some of the contractors unfortunately didn’t do the work our company paid for and instructed them to do. At that time, we paid the contractors 80% upfront and then when the job was completed we paid the remaining 20% of the payment for the materials and labor for the job assigned.
